Resilient Coastlines Project of Greater San Diego

Check out the new website for the San Diego Coastal Resilience Project! This project is directed by the San Diego Regional Climate Collaborative in partnership with the Climate Science Alliance-South Coast and the Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve.

"The San Diego Coastal Resilience Project represents a multi-faceted approach to building regional coastal resiliency. The project is designed to connect several local sea-level rise initiatives through a regional strategy, fill existing knowledge gaps that are barriers to resilience planning and implementation, and further engage scientific experts and community members in building coastal resilience for the San Diego region.

The project is being led by the San Diego Regional Climate Collaborative, which received $689,500 through the NOAA Regional Coastal Resilience Grant Program designed to directly support community-based coastal hazard planning."
