The mission of the Climate Science Alliance is to safeguard natural and human communities in the face of a changing climate.
We do this through leading activities and creating partnerships which promote increased awareness of climate change impacts and solutions.
Building Resilience — Orange Team
The "Orange Team" works to build resilience by coordinating actions across organizations, creating face to face opportunities to work collaboratively, supporting co-production of science between researchers and managers, and forming science-based partnerships. We currently work with over 200 partner organizations.

What we're up to:
Building Capacity — Blue Team
The "Blue Team" focuses on building capacity to support local decision-making. The Blue Team members provide direct technical support, peer-to-peer reviews, and host and deliver capacity building training events.

What we're up to:
Building Community — Green Team
The "Green Team" focuses on opportunities for innovative community engagement. The team supports creative outreach programs including Climate Kids, the Affiliated Artist network, and activities that bring together art and science. For example, the Climate Art Fellowship was launched in Summer 2018 to advance science dissemination in local communities.
